Betting Activity Data

If you choose to track bets through the Service, we store records of your tracked bets, including sport, market, odds, stake amounts, and outcomes. This data is used solely to provide performance analytics and calibration.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment details on our servers. Usage Data

We may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited for security, analytics, and service improvement purposes.

  • Service providers: With Stripe for payment processing and with hosting providers (Vercel, Railway) necessary to operate the Service. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

  • Safety: To protect the rights, safety, or property of Parallax, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users.

  • JWT-based authentication with expiring tokens
  • HTTPS encryption for all data in transit

We retain your account data and betting history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, financial records).
