Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, and any actions you take based on information provided by the Service, comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to sports betting and gambling laws.

The availability of the Service does not constitute an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where such use would be unlawful.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the Service's data, models, or outputs.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

Free Legacy Tier: Users who were granted access prior to the launch of paid subscriptions retain free access to the Service under the terms in effect at the time of their enrollment.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of your paid period.

Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days.

Price Changes: We may adjust subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

All model outputs, signals, probability estimates, edge calculations, and analytical data provided by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, betting advice, or a guarantee of any outcome.

Past performance of models or strategies does not guarantee future results. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain, and no analytical model can predict them with certainty. You acknowledge that losses are a normal and expected part of sports betting.

You assume all risk for any decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

All content, models, algorithms, data, analytics, visualizations, and software comprising the Service are the exclusive property of Justin Butler, sole proprietor and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly display model outputs or signals.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARALLAX ANALYTICS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FINANCIAL LOSSES FROM BETTING ACTIVITIES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
